Ros joined IPS in 2016 as a member of the investment team and committee member. Previously she was the award winning Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategist for Seven Investment Management. Prior to that Ros held senior positions at Citibank and GFM International Investors and managed the Civil Aviation Authority Pension Fund.

She holds a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Business Administration from the London Business School.
